吉野本葛 創業１６１５年 吉野葛本舗 黒川本家 宮内庁御用達
黒川本家は、現在より約四〇〇年ほど遡る、江戸初期の元和元年（一六一五）、京都にいた初代･黒川道安が葛根を吉野から取り寄せて葛粉を作り、朝廷に献上したところ、その風味を賞せられたのが始まりです。その後大和松山藩（現在の奈良県宇陀市大宇陀区）に移り住み本格的に本葛作りが始まりました。葛作りに恵まれた自然環境のもと、当店のつくり出す本葛粉は大和松山藩主であった織田伊豆守長頼から「当代随一」と評され、創業以来ほとんど変わらない伝統の精製法で、純良・高品質な「本物の味」を今も守り続けています。近年では明治初期より宮内庁の御用を預かり、かの昭和天皇もご愛飲されておりました。
