The Code of Conduct for Service Providers for the control of legionella bacteria has been put together by a working party drawn from the British Association for Chemical Specialities and the Water Management Society in close consultation with the Health and Safety Executive. It is referred to in the HSE document L8 Legionnaires Disease, Approved Code of Practice and Guidance
