「IIEEC英語教師トレーニングセンター」は、“日本の英語教育の水準を上げるためには、英語教師の育成が最重要課題である”という理念に基づき、1987年に「IIEECインターナショナル児童英語研究所」として創立されました。以来、各種セミナーやワークショップなどを通して、全国の英語教師の方々に英語教授法習得の機会を提供し、1996年より、「IIEEC英語教師トレーニングセンター」としてさらに活動の場を広めています。代表者・仲田利津子は、画期的な英語指導法として今日注目を集めている“MAT (Model Action Talk ) METHOD”の発案者で、児童英語教育界の第一人者として、英語教師のレベルアップに尽力しています。
