The Casebook Project fosters cooperation among legal scholars from all over Europe who join forces to develop teaching materials for use in comparative law courses. The authors combine extracts of national sources with excerpts from the European level and put them in context adding explanatory and comparative notes. The aim is to enable students across Europe and beyond to discuss the same leading cases and materials.
