小愉兒們給予社會大眾的第一印象，就是會做好吃的西點麵包，其實他們的特殊潛能、藝術天份、他們的純真、良善、專注、執著….，卻很少為大眾所了解。 本會多年來致力於開發小愉兒優勢，依其潛能施與烘焙、美術、工藝……訓練，頗有成效，為使小愉兒的可愛善良及優良技藝能得到大眾認同喜愛，期能藉由工作坊之成立，使社會大眾有更多機會深入了解並接納小愉兒，也讓小愉兒能藉著這個舞台，為生活找到出口，接觸人群、融入社會。 小愉兒工作實錄 在工作坊中，也將由本會專業人員協助建立小愉兒的工作能力，而所建立的可能是看得到的「工作技巧」，也可能是看不到的「自我信心」，這些也都需要社會大眾培養「接納」的觀念共同完成。 展開小愉兒與社會大眾接觸的第一步，讓小愉兒擁有展現新生命力的舞台，社會融合，由您開始。
