东莞市物业管理行业协会-物业管理协会
东莞市物业管理协会是由我市物业管理企业自发组成的行业性自律组织，登记管理机关为东莞市民间组织管理局，业务指导单位是东莞市房产管理局。协会于2003年3月27日正式成立，根据广东省委省政府有关指示精神和《广东省行业协会条例》的规定，分别于2006年及2010年12月顺利完成二、三届换届选举。经过9年多的发展，协会现有会员单位286家（截至2013年3月），其中具有国家一级资质企业26家（10家是东莞市本土企业，16家是外市企业东莞分公司），二级资质企业24家（18家是东莞市本土企业，6家外市企业东莞分公司），其余为三级或暂定三级资质。本会的宗旨是：以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，坚持和落实科学发展观，遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚；积极协助政府加强行业管理，传达、贯彻执行国家的法规与方针政策，及时反映广大会员单位的愿望和要求，在政府与企业之间发挥桥梁纽带作用，促进东莞物业管理行业的发展，促进国内外同行业的业务交流，为行业内各企业服务。东莞市物业管理协会的主要职能...
