阿爸的客家創意料理菜-阿全師
有天阿全師夢裡出現一間老舊的土地公廟及一棵老榕樹，日正當中的當下，土地公廟旁榕樹底下有位老人家在做手工醬菜，阿全師往前一步更靠近這位老先生很好奇也很有禮貌性的問候祂：「阿伯阿伯，中午大太陽的怎不回家睡個午覺，等日頭落山再來醃製醬菜呢?」 阿伯回頭的往上看一眼，阿全師才發現眼前這位老先生正是阿全師的阿爸，阿爸回了一句：「猴死囝仔賣吵，來對我學功夫」。當要彎下腰跟阿爸一起做醬菜時，忽然地驚醒! 被現實生活上真正的阿爸給搖醒，邊搖邊說著:『囝仔外頭有朋友來找你』。此時的這位朋友就是要來邀阿全師上台北推廣客家菜。 跟伯公(土地公)擲杯要不要遠赴台北開客家餐廳，解答問題的疑惑，伯公的指示給了他三個聖杯支持前往，回想起夢中的情境，毅然決然捨下高雄的既有成績，在眾人嘆息聲中，一頭栽進客家菜的鹹甜苦辣中，在三峽開啟「阿爸的客家菜」。 「或許很多機緣現在想起來，就像是我的「阿全師」封號一般，都是起於一個美麗的誤會。」在飽嘗家鄉蔬果培育的甘甜果實後，印襯著一位已然圓熟的大廚，不只自己的人生風味不凡，也正用...
