The Provincetown Part-Time Resident Taxpayers Association (PPRTA) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit, 100% volunteer-run organization whose mission is to correct the fundamental inequality that currently exists in Provincetown where part-time residents are denied a meaningful voice, participation in local government.
