玉乃光酒造株式会社

延宝元年（1673年）創業。「玉乃光」は2023年で創業350年を迎えます。目指すのは、いい素材だけを使い、「誠実」な酒を造ること。江戸時代から受け継がれる「手づくり」の製法を大切にしながら、日本名水百選にも選ばれる桃山丘陵の伏流水を使って酒造りを行っています。1982年に酒米の原種・雄町を復活させ、2014年からは農薬を使わずに栽培する取り組みも開始。2021年に有機認証を受け、オーガニック日本酒の製造・販売もスタートしました。
